88fa Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with Bangladesh's Premier Online Casino Platform

1. Introduction

Welcome to 88fa ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 88fa regarding your access to and use of the services available at 88fa.bar.

3.3 Registration Accuracy

Providing false registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balance.

3.4 One Account Rule

Each individual person is permitted to hold only one active account on the 88fa Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 88fa will close all associated accounts, cancel all pending withdrawals, and forfeit any bonus funds held within those accounts.

4. Account Management

4.1 Account Security

88fa may require Players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals, approving bonuses, or continuing account access. KYC documentation typically includes a government-issued national ID card or passport, proof of current residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. 88fa will notify Players by email when KYC documents are required.

4.4 Account Closure

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 88fa support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned via the Player's most recently used withdrawal method, subject to KYC verification. Bonus funds are forfeited upon voluntary closure. 5. Deposits & Withdrawals

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, and cashback offers provided by 88fa are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time of the offer. These Terms set out the general framework applicable to all promotions; individual promotion pages will specify the applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limits, maximum bet per spin or round, and any other specific conditions.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Where bonus abuse is identified, 88fa reserves the right to void any bonus funds and associated winnings, suspend the account, and refuse future promotional participation.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that are not wagered within the promotional validity period specified at the time of the offer will expire automatically and be removed from the Player's account without notice. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated.

7. Wagering Rules

All wagers placed on the 88fa Platform are subject to the specific game rules and betting rules applicable to each product category. Sport betting odds are subject to change before a wager is confirmed; the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply. In-play bets are accepted at the Platform's discretion and may be suspended during critical match moments.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or game error that interrupts a game round, 88fa's records will be used as the definitive reference for resolving the outcome of the affected round. Where a fair outcome cannot be determined, the wager will be voided and the stake returned to the Player's balance.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 88fa Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and permanent ban:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration or verification information.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place wagers or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or tournament.

88fa's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14. Amendments

88fa reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email to the address registered on their account and via a notice displayed prominently on the Platform for a period of no less than 14 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes.
